This natural multifunctional fleece is used for covering garden beds, raised beds, and soil in plant containers. The mulch fleece is made from 100% sheep wool, naturally preventing weed growth and is 100% biodegradable. It provides an ideal growth climate by retaining heat and moisture, and it also protects against frost.

The greentex® mulch wool is effectively used to combat weeds and pests while promoting plant growth. With a weight of 250g/m², it offers professional quality and can be used for several years. Sheep wool acts as a natural fertilizer, releasing nitrogen and phosphorus as it decomposes. The fleece is temperature-resistant, hail-resistant, and UV-stable.

Special Application for Root Protection

Exposed roots of shrubs must be protected from drying out and from frost during construction activities. Mulch wool offers ideal protection by wrapping it around the root areas. In dry weather, it can be watered and will retain moisture.
